Pick Your Own Christmas Tree

We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in growing quality home grown Christmas trees. Sarah, David and family have been growing Christmas trees in Draethen since moving to the village. Sarah was formally one of the founder members and a Director of the very successful Glamorgan Christmas Trees Ltd in Peterston-s-Ely. 

We use all our combined years of experience to grow quality Christmas trees for you to choose from our plantation. Bring your family and wander through the trees at your leisure and ease into the festive mood. Well mannered dogs are welcome too, but please keep them on a lead as Musto the cat may not be too impressed.

Choose and Cut Christmas Tree
Walk our plantation, choose your fresh tree and watch it being cut down. Remember to shout “timber”. One of our “Elves” can net it for you and take it to your car if you require. Please bring your wellies and suitable clothing.



Pre Cut Christmas Tree
Choose from our extensive range of fresh pre cut trees on display, which are regularly cut to guarantee quality and freshness.

Pot Grown Trees



Pot Grown Trees
These trees are grown in their pots and you can plant them in your garden after Christmas. Remember to water them through the spring and summer months, so you can enjoy them again the following year.

Types of Trees

Growing in the plantation are Norway Spruce, which is your traditional Christmas tree, along with Nordman Fir, Fraser firs and Noble Fir all of which have great needle holding ability.
